VCA campaign: behind-the-scenes

Katrina and I are slightly delirious after a productive week shooting most of the vision for our eight-part series "In The Making" for the Victorian College of the Arts (VCA).

We visited a sheep stud with Paula Binnie, talked Screenwriting with Ben Michael, saw Tobias Manderson-Galvin's play 'Thank You, Thank You Love' with his former tutor Raimondo Cortese; we visited Fred Fowler's art studio, helped Paula Binnie shoot video art, had coffee with Corrie Chen, a whisky with Su Baker, and drank Ethiopian coffee with Chris Parkinson at the Emerge Festival.

Katrina and I would like to thank all of our alumni - and the VCA Director, Su Baker - for making time for us over the last few weeks. We'd also like to thank our two DoPs Nik Lachajczak and Conan Fitzpatrick. We're so excited to share the finished films in a few weeks' time, but for now we have some behind-the-scenes photos from the weekend.
